Ticket Policies

Performance Start Times:
We strive to begin each performance at the scheduled time - please plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes early so you have time to pick up your tickets and find a seat before the show starts.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Tickets are non refundable. Tickets for one play can be exchanged for any other performance of the same play up to 24 hours before the performance time of the purchased ticket by calling 503-220-CoHo(2646). When calling, please let us know your name, original performance date and requested performance date. Some restrictions may apply in the case of special events or sold out performances.

Tickets purchased for one play can not be exchanged for performances of any other play.

Tickets purchased online are transferrable, but tickets can not be resold.

Box Office Closure:
Please make all reservations at least 2 hours in advance. Online ticket sales cease 2 hours before the curtain for each performance. Reservations made over the phone cannot be guaranteed after this time. We do set aside a number of tickets for walk-ins, but cannot guarantee seats for anyone without a confirmed reservation.

Service Fee:
At this time, there is a $1.25 per-ticket service fee plus a $1.00 per transaction fee to all online ticket sales.

Changes to policy:
CoHo Productions reserves the right to change any ticket policies at any time without notice.
